    COMMITTEE REPORTS: E Board recommendation: Three (3)

    1. MOTION – Phillip Taylor that we dispense with the November 28, 2024 and December 26, 2024, E-Board Meetings and the January 2, 2025, Branch Meeting and that all members receive credit for said meetings, Keigh Robertson seconded. MOTION CARRIED
    2. MOTION – Manuel Herrera to send President Michael Barrett to TSALC COP Meeting to be held January 25, 2025, in Austin, TX and that we pay hotel, per diem, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, seconded Steven Vasquez MOTION CARRIED

    In accordance with Article V of the National Constitution, this is official notice to all members of Panther City Branch #226, Fort Worth, Texas, that nominations for delegates to the 2025 TSALC Annual State Convention will be accepted at the October 3rd Branch Meeting.   Any member in good standing may be nominated for delegate position.  All nominees for a delegate position must be current in payment of their dues in order to be eligible for a delegate position.  All nominees for a delegate position must certify in writing that he/she has not voluntarily or otherwise held, accepted, or applied for a supervisory position in the Postal Career Service for any period of time, whether on (1) day or a fraction thereof, either detailed, acting, probationary or permanently, anyone serving in this capacity shall be ineligible to run for any office or to be a delegate for a period of two (2) years after termination of such supervisory status.  The election for delegates will be held at the November 7th Branch meeting.  The TSALC 112th Annual State Convention will be held in Austin, Texas July 28 -30, 2025.

    1. MOTION – Manuel Herrera to send President Michael Barrett to COP – Fall 2024 meeting to be held October 21-22, 2024, in Atlantic City, NJ and that we pay airfare, hotel, per diem, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, seconded Art Zamora.
      MOTION CARRIED
    2. MOTION - Art Zamora that we dispense with the June 27th Executive Board Meeting, the July 4th Stewards and Branch Meetings and that all members receive credit for said meetings, seconded Keith Robertson.
