This season is unique because the new Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program takes effect on Jan. 1, 2025.In conjunction with the PSHB change, we are happy to announce that the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Program will now be administered by Inspira Financial. With the FSA change, you will now have flexibility in how you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, including a new debit card option.

The Annual Officers, Stewards, and Retirees Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6:30 pm through 8:30 pm.

Each Officer, Steward, and Retired member is entitled to two (2) reservations at no charge. Each additional reservation will be a cost of $30.00 per reservation. Congratulations to Sister Ciarra Bowman at the Polytechnic Station announced the birth of baby boy, Oscar Reyes of the Grapevine Post Office announced the birth of his son, Miranda Miller retired member upon the birth of new great-granddaughter and Brother Dan Nguyen – who recently retired!  Best wishes!!

In accordance with Article V of the National Constitution, this is official notice to all members of Panther City Branch #226, Fort Worth, Texas, that nominations for delegates to the 2025 TSALC Annual State Convention will be accepted at the October 3^rd Branch Meeting.   Any member in good standing may be nominated for delegate position.  All nominees for a delegate position must be current in payment of their dues in order to be eligible for a delegate position.  All nominees for a delegate position must certify in writing that he/she has not voluntarily or otherwise held, accepted, or applied for a supervisory position in the Postal Career Service for any period of time, whether on (1) day or a fraction thereof, either detailed, acting, probationary or permanently, anyone serving in this capacity shall be ineligible to run for any office or to be a delegate for a period of two (2) years after termination of such supervisory status.  The election for delegates will be held at the November 7^th Branch meeting.  The TSALC 112^th Annual State Convention will be held in Austin, Texas July 28 -30, 2025.
